Laura Clemons
Laura Clemons operates Simply Functional Stoneware from a studio at her home in Cookeville. She produces a wide variety of kitchenware and decorative pots, including a series of hand-built "unfurling" vases, as well as "face" crocks, which are thrown and altered.

Every year, Clemons throws hundreds of soup bowls to contribute to Cooking on the Square, a fund-raising event supporting Putnam County Habitat for Humanity.
